Convertible top is power and in very good condition. this car is an absolute hoot to drive. Rides and drives great. Paint is older and has a few chips on hood but still shines. Only 2024 of these GS400 converts made in 1968. 400 cubic inch Engine was rated at a very conservative 340 HP and a huge 440 Ft lbs torque at 3200rpms.
