This car is not mine but I am posting it for a friend of mine. Located in Northwestern Pennsylvania. I dont know much about the car but can find out anything if someone is serious in purchasing it. The interior is blue and very nice. Not much body rust, but the frame is rusty. Engine and trans runs great. Could be restored or parted out. Whats your pleasure?
Hey, FYI, that is a 1969 Skylark as it has the '69 only style vinyl roof and the rectangle rear quarter panel side lamps. The cowl tag should have ST69 (for 1969 year model) somewhere on it if you want to confirm it yourself. How straight is the rear bumber? The body and front fender look pretty clean. Every once in a while, you find a '68 Skylark with a '69 front clip on it (hood, fenders, bumper & grille) or vice versa because they will interchange, but the body features rearward of the cowl/A-pillars are the way to determine the year as here the vinyl roof style and rear marker lamps are '69 only items.
I wasnt sure if it was a 68 or 69 when I posted. I figured someone would point it out if I was wrong...And I was! The car is a 69 then. Like I said...Its not mine and I am posting for a freind. The rear bumper is shot.....rusted thru in several places. The rest of the body and interior is good but the frame may be questionable. I think he said $600
