    I'll get the hood down tomorrow and take some. I had them somewhere but I can't find them.

    I think this place is where the hood came from, however I cannot confirm that. http://www.usbodysource.com/Pages_Cars/68-Skylark.htm

    When I bought my '68, this came with it as an extra. The owner I bought the 68 from did not know who made the hood. Hope this helps.
