i know of a 70 GS 350 that is pretty solid. no front clip, motor, trans. has most everything else including an aftermarket sun roof:Dou:, rebuilt front end, new springs, the frame has been painted. the car is only 10 mins from me. someone took all the good stuff off the GS and put 71 skylark stuff on it. if it didnt have the sun roof i would have bought it. i believe it has a clear ohio title too.

well I went and looked at a couple of cars this weekend and they were very rough frames were even rotted away. I did purchase the 70 gs 455 though mainly for the motor, tranny and hood. Im am afraid she is a goner though. So I am still looking for an A-1 body pretty close. Wish a lot of these cars were a little closer they would already be in my garage. :puzzled: Thanks.

Well guys I got the 70 gs 455 running and took it to work and put it on a lift. Its actually not as bad as i had thought it was. May need a frame but I think it can be fixed I guess Ill find out when the body comes off:Brow: The motor runs very well also it was rebuilt in 95 and is supposed to have around 11,000 miles on it. It has a s-divider intake, gs118 cam, and headers. supposodley the origional motor blew up from shootin to much nitrous at it lol. You can see where the bottle was mounted in the trunk so maybe it was. But it runs well enough for me to do a burnout and tear the tranny out of it. Good thing I work at a tranny shop eeh? But I just wanted to thank everyone for all the offers and leads on cars. Everyone has been very helpful and I vote this site the greatest site on the net!
    Thanks again,
    Dave

I've got a friend here in Bowling Green who has a frame but it is out of a convertible car (I don't know if there is a difference) if you need one. He also works at a transmission shop, small world!
