Nice original stuff come out of gorgeous 70 I bought 20years ago,..needs a good cleaning but not warped up or tore anywhere,..needs a little contact cement on a few edges that's it $400 for everything pictured located in SC can bring to the GS Nats if purchased before hand
I wish I was into doing an interior color change on my '70 350 4-sp. (Seamist w/Sherwood painted top) but I'd have to dye them black. I guess I should check the ones I have and see what condition they're in so I'll jump in line for a day. I know of a black/no vinly '70 Stage 1 4-sp. w/base Sandalwood interior but I know he just bought a complete Legendary interior.
The rear seat was perfect but I snagged it pulling them out of the attic in the shop,...will be pulling the covers off do I can use the MINT frames,...not a spec of even surface rust
I've got the windlace also,..would ha e to dig it up,..but I would throw in the windlace and rear seat covers,...may still have the AC dash pad as well
I'd be interested in the seat bottom (pref. complete). The one I have is nice but has a small cig. burn & I'm figuring I'll have to dye them anyway to match a new front cover. Could trade a different frame.
Sounds like he an Dano are working a package deal. Would be ashamed to sell them separately & try and find the same basic dye lot(our family was in textile sample dye laboratory equipment and quality control &physical testing since 1973,I am only male left. We were a big thing back in the day till NAFTA). Hope you two can make a deal, I had that same interior in a 455 1970 decades ago : )
Hugger,or anyone else: If you guys are recovering a rear seat that is going into a mini-tubbed or slightly modified inner tub,use 72 cores. They have notches at the ends for better clearance. Just thought I’d share that tidbit. I have some decent AC kick panels for color interior,IF Hugger doesn’t have any.
I have that same interior in my base 70 skylark hardtop , built in Framingham ! Oh ya factory 12 bolt too !
