I had my white interior parts stored at my parent's house for the last year, and my Mom, who never thows ANYTHING away didn't recognize them and took them over to Thifty Threads!! Long gone, of course, when I went to retrieve them last week. Missing in Action are the floor kick panels ( non a/c ), the rear sail panels, the trim that goes around the front and back windshields along with the upper trim on either side of the headliner. Armrests are also gone along with the bucket seat backs. Can anyone help? I'm still not believing this!! John Chamberlain
Rear sail panels are available new. Windlace trim for headliner will have to come from a parts car. Bucket seat backs are available new so are the armrests. For armrests, need to know if you have 12 or 16" bases.
trim I think I might have a set of white headliner trim. If my memory serves me correctly all the trim is white except the front windshield which is black. Richard
white interior I know that the armrest bases (16") and the buckets backs are available new. Anyone know anything about their quality? Would want them to look like originals. Repro stuff getting better all the time, so that may be an option. Yeh, Mark, THAT car!!! JKC
trim I am not sure if they were supposed to to black up front. The set I have is though. No way to tell if it has been changed.
white interior Every car I have ever seen with a white interior has all of the pieces colored white, so I think it has been changed. JKC
the front pc is black even with white interior. Mine was the same way but I changed everything over to black. the kick pnales are black as well as the carpet and seat belts
white interior I changed my 72 from green to white. only white parts were the seats and seat trim, door panels,rear arm rests, front armrests. Had black carpet, headliner,upper trim sailpanels. i checked around and everyone said this is correct for a 72 custom lark. Also carpet on the bottom of door panel is black.Ken
71 white interior set up They came in white in 71 also. the 71 set up is as follows, white headliner, headliner trim (sides and rear window) ( front trim is black), sail panels, seats, door panels and arm rests. Everything else was black !!! Dave :TU:
