I would like to see 70 Riv rear quarter panels, I cannot find them anywhere. If anyone has a link to some, please let me know.

    OUCH!
Thats going to be a tough one!
Using quarters off a parts car is about your only option.
With a 1 year body it isn't feasable for anyone to reproduce them.
Try Riviera Junction in Arizona at, 602-547-1093.
I hear they are going out of business soon, so hurry.

    Riv stuff

Hey Dale, I hear you on the panels. Any idea if an electra with fender skirts is remotely the same on wheel well opening? If need be I can fab two qtrs, but these would be rough.

No, If memory serves me right, the Electra wheel opening isn't as tall as on the Riv, and it's really a whole different animal.
I searched for well over a year just to find some decent rust free skirts.
    Do you need skirts?
I have a driver's side that is useable.
There is some filler on it but it isn't terrible.
I was in the process of repairing mine, when I found the rust free pair I'm using now.
    Whereabouts is Plover Wisc.?

You'll be very hard pressed to find repro or even NOS sheet metal for the big cars...which is something I'm battling myself. I just watched a 71 LeSabre get the sh*t beat out of it at a demo derby a while ago. It had no rust!!!!!!! Why why why?:spank: :spank: :spank: :spank:

I'm headed to the bone yards on the east side of the Mississippi this week to see if I can find any gems. If I'm lucky you might see some stuff in the parts for sale forum:grin:

Dale, my skirts are perfect, the fenders rusted out above and behind the wheel wells. I was asking about the electra, hoping I could cut them down and piece them back together for the proper contour so the fender skirts will fit again. Otherwise, I could redo it straight without skirt recesses and just leave them off the car, but it doesn't look the same without them.:Do No:
Plover is dead center of the state where I-39 and Hwy 10 meet.

Smartin, I hear you man, damn derby folks with their pristine old cars, who some would practicaly kill to get their hands on, why not wreck some newer crap? :Do No: Let me know if you find a 70 Riv with good rear quarter panels.:Brow:
