Hello everyone, I have a 72 limited 4 door that I'm pulling parts off of for my 72 limited coupe. My coupe didn't come with air for which the sedan does have. What all do I need to pull to make this conversion? Also the heater air control is bad in my parts car, will one work from a 73 riviera, I have a lead on one of those. thanks in advance

You basically need to swap everything. Even the plastic wheel in the blower is different between AC and non-AC cars.

Is there a shop manual that shows an exploded view of each?

I think the firewall is different for AC vs. non-AC.

    Hmmm, lets see...

Pretty much everything between the drivers seat and the engine, besides the steering wheel.

The chassis/body manual that's on the boattail-riviera-by-buick.com site shows how to swap the components around. Just look at the sections showing the heater box removal and installation on each setup and you'll see whats different from one to the other.
