I saw the car there too, posted a pic on the show thread.I did take my time looking at it and it was a sweet looking car.I did not look at the frame but I checked it out long and hard,a perfect foundation for anything!I never saw the owner,it was the only one this year that I spent a good 30 mins. looking at.Good buy!
OK gentlemen. I live 1/2 hour from the speedway and only made it out there for an hour Thursday am. I bought a cool street light between turns 2 and 3. I guess I had to buy something while I was there. Anyway, I caught a ride on a golf cart with a real nice guy who was working the event. Drops me off near turn 1. Just as an older gentleman pulls up with a beautiful 68/69 Skylark Custom. 68k, A/C, sort of a silver in color. Car was from CA. Told me $12000.00. It's probably sold by now, but I would love to own that car. Anybody know it? See it? A picture?
