'75 Lesabre Convertible...should the title say 2DR or Convertible?

    Convertible - one should assume it's a 2-door if it's a convertible.

    i know a guy who has one and his title says 2DR...somebody was trying to tell him it should say convertible...i was trying to see if it was a chop top

    A hardtop will have '37' in the vin and a convert will have '67' in the vin.

    Clerks type that info in so it is possible that it could say 2 door;doesn't mean car has wrong title or anything is "funny"

    I completely misread the post....

    Most of my convertible paperwork says 2 DR on it.

    Like Junkman said, look for the 67 in the VIN.

    thanks guys...the first four in the vin # are 4P67

    Mine says 2 door, but the VIN is what's it's all about. You should be good to go w/ 4P67.
