i would think so. i know the Olds Omega and Pontiac Ventura's of the same vintage did. that's what i am going to be looking for when i'm ready to convert my '78 Skylark 2dr to manual. i'll porbably go with a saginaw 4 or 5 spd manual as those were readily available in the Skyhawks & Chevy Monza's behind a 231 as i have in my '78.
Can't find anything on the 1975 model year Skylark, but for 1976: Standard transmission on the V6 Skylarks was the 3 speed manual column shift transmission. (except in CA.)
