    Maybe the 2.73 non-posi? That's what my Special Deluxe has.

    My 68 skylark has 2:73's but it's a 350 2-barrel 2 speed auto car. I wonder if the six cylinder cars had a numerically higher ratio?

    436'd Skylark Sweet Fancy Moses!!!!!

    My 71 skylark with the 250 had 3.08s. Interestingly enough the FSM had all the six cylinder cars coming with 3.42s for 71. So that 68 car just might be a good donor.

    Yeah! that is how I found a correct rear for my 71 GS convertible: under a 71 4 door Skylark with 250 and towing package. (It had a 69 12 bolt out of a Chevelle under it when I got it.)
