I have on that has minor damage on the lower right side probably due to a minor fender bender prior to my obtaining this gem. Anyhow, I was trying to locate one on ebay and there was one there listed as fitting 1978 to 1980. 78 and 79 had the single headlight while 1980 has the smaller quad square lights. Will the 78-79 design work on the 1980 with the quad lights? I don't think so, but thought I would ask someone else's opinion. Thanks
I dont know much about pre 81, I would assume the 78-79 will bolt on, but than you'd have a 78-79. I believe the 80 front end is the same on the 4 door as well as the 2 door. I'd try to find an 80 nose. You never see them so it makes them cool!
Thanks Ted and Dennis. I will try to fix what I have but will continue looking for an '80 header panel or whole clip, whatever. Dennis, love the look of that 81+ drawing in your signature..... I will get pics of the as-is car up sooner. I have a 79 Century wagon that I was going to do then moved to the 80 coupe.
Dennis, where did you get the drawing in the signature. Is there CAD software readily available to do this? I know there's AutoCAD, but I really don't need that. John W.
