Anybody change the inlet fitting on their QJet from the stock setup? If so what did you do? I want to put a custom drop base air cleaner (Allstar Parts) base on it and it looks like the base will hit the fittng because it is so long. I can live with it as i but would like some options. I will relocate the filter that is in the fitting. Peace, Mike D.
i think pontiacs used a shorter fitting, but you'll have to re-do the fuel line. good luck. i think the thread size is 1" 20.
