    Is the 268 a good motor (4.4L), I know it's not a Buick motor.

    I think it's got 167,000 km, or 267,000 km on it, runs and drives great, rear left frame rail rotted out , trunk showing signs of rotting out. PS. PB, Tilt, PW, Pwr Locks, AM/FM. Trunk release, Air, Cruse, Electronic climate control, dual mirrors, new gas tank, 4 new snow tires, new steering box.
    I picked it up for $250
    Some of the parts are going to be used on my 79 Turbo Regal.

    GStage1 Always looking for parts!

    I think you mean 4.1L

    If so, they have the 4bbl set-up and have the same crank as the GN/TR cars...crank is worth $250.

    4.1 Litre is the 252 engine.
    But maybe Bruce means the 265 (4.3 Litre) Pontiac engine ?

    Please check the VIN of the Regal, the 8th digit is showing the original engine size:

    S = 265 CI, 2 barrel V8, built by Pontiac :TU:
