Why is it so hard to come up with a heater fan houseing for A/C delete ? Will the OEM stock non A/C houseing do the job or does it need to be modified ? In our area we sold alot of four door skylarks W/O AC . If the stock houseing works I think I could find a few in the area parked out on the back forty. I have 1971 A/C system that came of my skylark that I would trade for RF inner fender & Non A/C blower houseing. Thanks , ick.
The OEM non A/C housing does not cover everything on the firewall. Everything is different. You can modify your A/C housing to make it work, or buy an A/C delete box. Good luck.
The parts place has a plastic cover to replace your AC to look non ac. I just installed one this last month. LOk on Ebay as well they sell them there too.

The part # is EN7477Z - A/C firewall delete cover. www.thepartsplaceinc.com Fit reel nice & the predrilled holes in the housing matched also . Just had to drill hole for blower moter transfer tube & cut opening for blower speed resistor . Has a very clean look & provides the best clearance @ firewall. ick.
