Very convicting. After stepping out of the mainstream of church for 10 years, we have been trying to get our lives right and it has taken a lot of soul searching and prayer to see that we wasted 10 years of Christ's time. We have found a Bible teaching church and are satisfied with it. Now it's down to getting rid of the "old man" and putting on the new. I have been reading alot about this very subject and feel that we do stray, but I also believe that if we are truly saved God will not let you stray too far without major conviction in your life. That has been my experience of late. A lot of conviction and prayer for forgiveness. I finally feel I am on the track to becoming whole again in the Lord and know he is working in my life to be the Christion he would want. Please pray for my journey as I will pray for yours. It is amazing what God can do with the least of us. Leanne and I have had the opportunity to witness to 4 people this week alone. God is Great!
I listened to this sermon yesterday. It's right on target! Thanks for sharing. I hope that instead of angering people it will prompt them to get their priorities in order and their life centered on God. It appeared that it was a bit dated.
