Alright. At the moment, I've got my car set up to head to the track. All new suspension, motor, trans. All that's left is the rearend. I still have the 8.2 with 2.76 open gears in it. I have an 8.5 in the garage, but not the money to rebuild it well at the moment. Now, I plan on using air bags to help the passenger wheel from unloading once the 8.5 is done, but for now, it'll have to act as a crutch. What bags do you guys run, what hardware will I need, and does anyone have any other advice on the subject.

    Thanks,

Air lift,,,,, run the inflating lines independent of each other, that is so you can load the rt. side more for traction.... also you need to move the batter back over the rt rear wheel.... as far back as you get it.... yep the humps in the floor will interfeer so you have to shim the battery up enough to clear them....
If you install the air bags,,, run them just slightly inflated on the street, like 1-2 lb pressure... just enough to keep from chaffing... they do stiffen the suspension.... and aired up to 4-5 lb. the car will ride like a buckboard.....

That is the formula I used back in the day. When you get it all just right, she works like a champ.

    Looks like those would work.

We have run air bags in our cars, until we installed the rear drag bar.

Best set we had on street car was with air bags, factory type rear sway bar, no front sway bar.
