This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy.. Just send an email to me at jim@trishieldperformance.com and I will verify your registration. Romy:

You are so right! I swear, I've never seen anyone with a LeSabre that's been more modified than your car. Nice ride - especially with those full length headers!

What application did you use for your radiator?

    Paul,
It's an a-body radiator; they fit in our cars. I keep forgetting who it's made by, and then I remember when I'm not near a computer. Griffin maybe? I can't recall. Anyhow, it was rather pricey ($400 range) but works great. I got the one for a manual transmission and then just added a trans cooler in front of it. That way, the whole radiator is used to cool the engine, with a different smaller radiator used for the trans. In my mind that makes for better heat transfer. I also have those dual derale puller fans behind it that flow some ridiculous amount of air. Had I known then (when I got the fans) what I know now, I would've just gotten a volvo s80 fan instead and saved some cash, but I know those derale's are better.

Anyhow, when I remember who makes the radiator I got, I'll let you know. However, whatever you end up getting, just remember that the a-body radiators do actually fit in the LeSabres, so you have a big choice.

Oh, and not to hijack the thread at all, but I've been talking with my friends at school, and we may end up doing our senior design project on my car! I've been slowly pushing that we design and build a frame for the LeSabre (the two door, not the four door) with a three link rear, and redesigned road-racy front suspension. My friends are ok with it, now I just need the school to approve it, but I'm not taking the class til next fall, so I might just get ancy and do it before then!
