  2. In and effort to reduce the spam on the site, several years ago I had went to a program where I manually approve each and every new registration. This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy.. Just send an email to me at jim@trishieldperformance.com and I will verify your registration. This policy will remain in effect indefinitely, as it has completely eliminated the bad actors from our site, who would spam and hack it, once they gained access. Thanks JW

    Hey guys and gals,

My name is Mike B. I live in a little town near Green Bay, WI and Appleton, WI. Anybody here from this area?

I am a Pre-64 Ford nut (it is in my blood), but I have always been fond of the same era buicks. I own a 1951 Ford tudor sedan (flathead powered) and I was just given a 1969 Buick Wildcat convertible! This is a parts car, but everything is there and usable except for the FRAME and the sheetmetal. I think I am going to part this car out, so if anyone is in the area and would like a screaming deal on some parts, let me know!

To tell you te truth, I know dick about anything post '64-65 as far as cars go. But I am always willing to learn.

    Later,
    TDC

    Welcome

Hey TDC welcome to Buick Heaven. Gotta say when it comes to cool sounding/looking motors the Flathead is next in line after my Nailhead.:TU:

    Greetings from Kansas City

    Welcome to the board!

I got married up in Neenah just a couple of weeks ago. It's a nice area (aside from the winters...). My wife grew up in Appleton, and I've been up there several times. One of these years, I'll make it up to Iola for the big show.

There are several guys within 50 miles of you with Buicks on either this board or the turbo one.

Well, there's a lot to learn here if you just ask questions. Don't be bashful... :)

    Hey Mike!

If you want to post specific parts for sale, go ahead and post them in the Parts For Sale forum. Just make sure you have prices attached to the part. If you want to ask what parts people need, you can do so without posting specific part prices. People can pick and choose what they want then.

    Welcome to the board!!:beer
