'71buickg.s. a dark and stormy night..

For those of you that do not know, we moved to the DFW area over winter break. We got 2 acres of land and needed something for all of it. We got a dirtbike yesterday. A 1998 Honda XR100. Its our first bike and boy is it fun! Once my brother and i got the shifting down we were flyin'! Anyways, i just wanted to know if anyone here has an interest in them.

Dirt bikes are a blast!!:bglasses: :TU:

Sure wish they had suspensions back then, like they do now though!! Back when my brother and I had ours, they still had dual coilover shocks in the rear!!:Dou:

    I had a '74 KDX 80 (engine bored to a 90) and he had a '79 KX 80.

Great bikes to learn on...not real expensive...ran the stink out of 'em!!!:Brow: :TU:

I think anyone contemplating getting a street bike, should pick up a cheap dirt bike.

Have fun!!! But, don't forget to wear all 'the gear'!! Be Safe!!:Smarty: :TU:
