This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy.. Just send an email to me at jim@trishieldperformance.com and I will verify your registration. This policy will remain in effect indefinitely, as it has completely eliminated the bad actors from our site, who would spam and hack it, once they gained access. Thanks JW

Friend asked me to reach out to the experts in the Mopar kingdom. I know there's a few here. He's asking if the stripes that terminate on the hood above grill are supposed to continue for those next couple inches below grill under inboard headlights on that thin panel or not. He said in he's seen where they included it on some of original ads but says that some those ads were done a year before the cars were built just for the sake of getting pics. I have seen marketing brochures for the '67 GTX that show the stripe continuing below the headlight and some where it was not. I did see a survivor at a Mecum auction several years ago that did have the continued stripe.

I guess I could have asked him without waiting for a response.

I'll shoot him an email with this thread and I'll post what he says.

When I first met him, he had a white and red GTX convertible, which is one of my favorite color combos. I know he's restored blue, turquoise, and yellow convertibles. He's also owned a matching set of copper Hemi hardtop and convertible. That color is gorgeous.
