I bought this stuff to be period correct. I had to buy the whole 40 foot roll and only needed about 2 feet, I paid $3 a foot, so if anyone needs, I will sell it off for what I paid...I am not looking to make $$ on it, just want to recoup my losses for what I dont need. pics on request, shipping not included in price
Is that the heat shield stuff that goes along the oil pan area ? Is so I would like to buy some of it .
it is the heat resistant covering that goes over the positive battery cable from the starter to the front of the engine, so yes, it does run along side the oil pan. I will post pics prob tomorrow, once I tiger torch the ice holding the door to my shop closed
I bought it from my local gm dealer a while back who had it shoved way back in a dark corner of the parts dpt

If there is anyone still needing some of this, I can stop at the dealership and see if they still have the other roll, or if they tossed it out.
I will go and see if they have it, there was only the 2 rolls when I got it, and they made me buy the whole roll.....the other one was marked with a tag that said 100 feet.....only needing 2 feet I bought the small roll. It was a few years ago, so I dont even know if they have it anymore
