My buddy bought these headers several years ago at the GS Nats. We were told they were Dougs but have no way to confirm. They will not fit his 71 Skylark with an A/C firewall box. They do appear they would fit in my 71 GS non-A/C but the 350 motor is out so no way to tell for sure.

They are big block Buick headers and they have 3" collectors. They seem very solid and were freshly painted until last weekend. Included are 3" to 2.5" reducers with gaskets. No head flange gaskets included. They are not dinged up excessively and not flat-spotted on the bottom.

He would prefer to trade for a set of 455 A-body headers that will fit with A/C but if he has to put a price on them, $400. Located in Bowling Green, KY.

The rusty chrome headers are supposed to be TA A-body big block Buick headers. They are not for sale and only pictured for comparison.

The look like they will fit really tight to the body and not hang down as low as my MT repros or these TAs.

Driver's side, also much shorter and tighter than the TA.

In the chassis of my 71 GS. They look like they will fit without the air conditioning box in the way.

Hugger has expressed interest so I'm putting him first in line.

If Hugger passes I have a set of 455 shorty headers that I might be interested in trading? I'll see if I can dig up some pics of em.

Good to know. Thanks for the info. I take it your car is non-A/C?

My buddy wasn't interested in the shorty headers so anyone else interested? Trade or for sale as he took my old chrome TA headers and we are moving forward with that. He'd be interested in bucket seats for a 71 A-body, paying boot for a nice set is an option.

Interesting. I have Doug’s on my 70. Converted 350 to 455 w ac. Only issue for me was tube for cylinder 1 needed some massaging on bottom where it layed on the crossmember.

I suspect they aren't exactly like these. You can see in the picture where my 71 GS without an engine has plenty of room but the #6 tube that goes over the top hits the air box of a factory air car. We tried everything to get these on his air car. We had the heads off already for the Stage 1 swap and we even lifted the motor off the motor mounts 2 inches and it just doesn't clear the AC evaporator box.

I can hold for the GS Nats for a 50% deposit to avoid shipping charges if that helps.

Would these fit in a 67 GS?

I cannot say for sure. If it is non-AC, I would think they would but I cannot guarantee that they will. I can only say they will fit BBB A-body 68-72 non-AC.

Waiting for David to reply after providing a shipping quote. From BG to California, it is about $150 shipping. Anywhere else will be about the same or slightly cheaper if he passes.
