The white with red striped GSX clone was my first car, bought at age 14. The burn out pic was when in high school, a bunch of us guys…of course some girls tagged along . Would go out to this place to race and just do burn outs. Most times at lunch hour. I think that is about the time I changed the drivetrain to the duel quad 464…still had the 4-speed with 4:10 geared 12 bolt. Senior year. Good times for sure! Still have it and is my clone GSX, more correctly done drag car.
it wasn’t bought like that. It was an ugly brown rusrty SkyLark. With an overheated 350 engine. At 14 I rebuilt it as best I could without any help. Times were tuff.
Few days ago it was the first time in 20 years that my '57 Century backed out of the garage on its own power
