    Glad to have helped.

I'm no expert, but I believe the kits being sold by other vendors for our cars are re-purposed from the Chevelle application, and eveyone will tell you all A-bodies are the same (I argued at length with one of the major vendors about 4 speed carpet for our cars). It may be right for their cars but we dont have Chevelles

You are absolutely correct on the Carpeting also!!!! Do NOT order carpet for a 4 Speed Car as it will have an exaggerated Hump in the Middle like Chevelle's do!!!! Right on Scott.
We also order our carpet kits for a Bucket Seat / Column Shift Car. That will fit the best!!

Also, while we're at it . . . . Don't order a Gas Tank for a Chevelle. The filler neck is longer than our Buick's and the Fuel Door will not close properly!!!

I could go on with all the Chevelle Vs Buick stuff but I don't have the energy!! Lol

Thanks again Scott for your help. We could probably write a book on the Do's and Don'ts of restoring Buicks! Lol

So the bottom line here is, . . . . when you need Buick Parts get them from a guy that knows Buick's and not some guy that just needs a pay check at the end of the week! :)

Hey Todd just touching base with you to see if you heard some feedback from that fella that bought the kit for his Riv? I know Briz said the kit worked ok on his 68 Riv. I was wondering what kit did that guy buy? I was leaning towards kit#3 that way all the mounts, bushings and hardware is new. Also do you offer new motor mounts for Rivs? I was thinking of replacing the rubber isolator portion when I do my engine swap.

Yes.....I now have 2 sets that went to Riviera guys and 1 set that went to a Wildcat customer......all of which worked fine! :)

The kits are all the same in terms of the bushings. The difference is kit 2 has bolts and kit 3 has bolts and core support bushings........ kit # 1 is just the bushings.

Good to hear! So kit 3 should work for me then. What about the rubber isolator portion of the engine mounts, do you carry those?

Those I do not stock. I have the Motor Mounts themselves and the Correct Hardware (At least for the A-Body stuff) . . . . .
Thanks! Body Bushing Kits are all in stock!

I just bought the complete kit.
I'm still driving mine for now. But the day will come when the restoration will happen.
Thank you for putting in the work it took to make this easier for us.
From someone who does architectural restoration for a living, it is very much appreciated.
    Best regards, Marc.

Great work a usual Todd. Your making the resto experience much easier with all your kits.
So have you developed every fastener kit to restore say 68 to 72 Buicks? I could of used a complete imterrior screw kit on my project a few years back. Had to hunt down or clean old ones to complete my project.
Example. Kick panel, Door panel, rear arm rest, Glove box, under column plate, Ect. Or are you atleast selling these separate?

My "Master Kits" cover roughly 90% of the hardware needed to restore the 1970 - 1972 models.

Most of that hardware can be purchased individually or as sub kits as well.

You will find that my kits are the best and most accurate on the market today!

Let me know if I can help in the future.

    Thank you,

    Todd

I just got a full body/core support bushing kit from Todd & was very pleased w/it. The rubber seemed to be about the same hardness as the OEM & the thickness was the same when compared to a really nice orig. bushing.

I don't have a durometer & comparing new to 50 year old rubber may not be a good comparison but he more commonly available NOS "blue" bushings seemed harder and a little thicker (ΒΌ" IIRC which would lift the body). For handling a harder bushing (even urethane) is probably desirable but to get that original Buick ride quality the softer bushings would be better and I suspect may be why original cars often ride better than restored cars.

Hello, where did you find the location diagram? I have a 65 Wildcat and would like to have a similar diagram for the 65 Wildcat.
