Bottom Seals on a QJet

I have been told that the bottom seals on a qjet tend to be leaky, and the fuel leaks out of the carb into the intake - making for hard starting. I was also told I could correct this by JB Welding them, but I need to know EXACTLY what to seal up. Does anybody know what to do? Pics help.

    Thanks!

Turn the Q-jet upside down. Remove the base plate. You will see two sets of well plugs. They are the things that are sticking up (if the carb is upside down).

Epoxy them completely, but not a big goo. Just make sure to go all the way to the edge of the wells.

This will prevent them from leaking, which they often do ( a little).
