Brake lights and hazards not working

I have a 67 gs 400. The brake lights are out today. The hazards do not work too. I’m actually not 100% sure they did before, but I think they were functional.

The fuse is good. I have 12v on both sides of the fuse.

The break switch seems to be right. I have 12v coming in on the orange wire. When I test the switch it has continuity when the pedal is pressed. When the break is depressed the meter shows 0 at the white wite coming out of the switch. If I turn on a turn signal it shows 12v. I pushed the connectors out and clipped the orange and white connectors together and still had no brake lights.

The turn signals and running lights work as they should. I flip flopped the flashers and all symptoms stayed the same.

Does anyone have a idea what the issue might be?
    Thanks
    Travis

The Stop and Hazards are the same fuse. Are you absolutely sure about that fuse? I think I would want to remove the fuse and look at the contacts, as well as the fuse.

Do the brake lights go through the directional switch like the 70-72s?
