buick 455 motor preferebly in NYC area

Looking for a buick 455 engine so i can rebuild for my `67 GS Conv`t.i need a complete engine,does not have to have the heads as i will be installing Aluminum heads on it,please PM me.

George, I have a 73 455 short block for $150 with the oil pan.

we'll just have to see if "CURLY" is going away this Christmas and we can go get 'em !!!!!!!

George, the blocks are the same and the compression depends on what pistons you are going to use.

I never thought my motor would need "protection", but then again I shoulda known wit dem Lawn Guyland boyz. Maybe you could just chain the dog right to the motor? I'll see to it that the dog gets safely back to you after I pick up my motor.

I corrected the the drop day it will be Tuesday late morning it all goes well. I need to get out of here soon as the temp will be -14 tomorrow morning with a 25 mph wind making a -45 wind chill.
