Buick Gran Sports on Motor Trend TV tonight at 9PM New episode of Roadkill is doing the program. 1966, 1969 and 1970. Of course they aren't doing 1973-75. Think it's time to stop calling the 1969's step children. It is the 73-75's that are the forgotten/ignored step children. Know what I say? F. them. They don't now what they are missing.
My brother just called me about it. Suppose to have a 70 Stage 1 GSX and 70 GS455 convertible. I guess we'll see what they say about them Buicks............
That was another good episode, great to see our Buicks (and Marco) get some air time. The 66 Riv GS had the wrong emblems, it may have been a plain Riv with later qtr emblems and a 66 qtr emblem on the grille. Aluminum valve covers were missing too.... and it should have had a 3.42 rear, not the 3.23. Wonder if those 70's are still there, would be worthwhile resto candidates.
I saw these cars in person back in Sept 2020, and posted some information on them in the Cars and Parts for Sale Leads in October. They were all for sale or parting out.
