Can anyone help w/ date code?

    I have a 1970 stage car, with a Quadrajet #7040246. Carb is correct, for a stage car, but curious to know what the date code means. LK 3239. (At least I think that is the date code, it is right next to the part number.) Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Doo Wop Where were you in '62?

    Venturing a guess your '70 is an early production car. 3239 would indicate build date for carb of 323rd day of '69 to me anyway.
