What "hacker attack"? I think that's fake news.

What exactly is happening? Are you able to see the "upload a file" button?

 

If you haven't done it in a while, maybe clear your cookies and what not

 

It stopped posting pics for me when the site was hacked couple weeks ago...it will download same as always then gives an error code and won't post the pic

 

What does the error say, and are you by chance trying to post these from the iPhone?

 

I haven't been able to post pictures for the last 6-8 months. I get error IMG2024 0807 0747138 HDR.jpg I've tried from my camera and phone and have even tried posting pictures that I have already posted. I just keep getting the error message.

 

Hmm. I for sure can’t post and copied photos, even recopied from here on the site

 

What platform are you trying to post from?

1) Windows PC running which browser
2) Mac running Safari (or which browser)
3) Android running chrome?
4) iPhone running Safari?
5) something else?ie Linux running epic

 

On my PC, Google Chrome. Cell Android using Chrome.

 

I can upload pics, BUT, it took me 3 tries to do it.

Mine seem to be all different sizes and I don't know why. Most seem to be 4820 x 2432. I never had to resize them in the past, but for some reason all of my pictures are now on OneDrive even though I'm not using Microsoft Edge. I keep deleting edge and it just comes back. Every time I log in, my PC asks me to update to Edge. They want everything in the cloud. This started after I got this computer in 2020. For years, I took pictures with my Canon camera and down loaded them to my computer. I could select which picture I wanted to put where. Now, it's a real pain to get pictures from my camera or phone to my PC. It downloads them, but it puts them whatever order it wants. It actually reorganized my pictures. I can download three pictures at the same time and they will be in three places in the folder. They won't be in sequence. I didn't think that they could change the settings of pictures that I took years ago, but I think they did.

 

I did that over a year ago. After I did that, I still had to sign into OneDrive to see my pictures and it is always reinstalled when there is an update. My sister said that there is a way to get my pictures from OneDrive and reinstall them on my PC but it's a real pain and the pictures will still be in random order. I will probably need to resize them also.

 

One member was trying to help me last night post a photo with my narrative, but I couldn't get the photo to take. How does one add a photo to their post?

 

The newer I phones are making pics too big I have to put them on the desktop from phone and pick a smaller size. My old pics from older phone are ok the new ones need resized.
Try shutting down phone and restarting it, it may reset everything, sometimes you have to do this they get lost.
