  2. In and effort to reduce the spam on the site, several years ago I had went to a program where I manually approve each and every new registration. This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy.. Just send an email to me at jim@trishieldperformance.com and I will verify your registration. This policy will remain in effect indefinitely, as it has completely eliminated the bad actors from our site, who would spam and hack it, once they gained access. Thanks JW

It looks like some of the pointers to sections of the database were probably lost. Some threads are gone...... some not. I am not sure the reason that some threads are still there....... but I am glad they didn't all get lost.

More than likely some kid with too much time on his hands.......

i dont think the database will ever be right again.

i think i remember reading about making older parts of the database read-only(archive), where posts could not be added to the messages. Until that happens i think we will have problems.

is there any plan to archive the database soon to get back to a good starting point ??????

i was just in a forum and called up all the messages for the last 100 days. all the messages before the hack date only had the subject, and the body was blank.

    see ya

Yes, a big dissapointment not being able to see other great Buicks... is there a member links section or some way to see other nice member rides?
I'm particularly interested in the 91-96 Roadmasters if anyone can point me in the right direction.
    Thanks!

You probably wouldn't find any 90's cars. The vast majority of users here own 60's - 70's cars, plus many 80's Regals/GN's. Mostly old iron here, sorry.
