    Hi all,
My car will be coming home from the body shop soon and I want to purchase a car cover for it but I don't know which one. It will be in the garage, so rain isn't a factor, mostly to protect it from dust. Can anyone recommend a good brand of cover ?

    Thanks,

    GStage1 Always looking for parts!

Going to disagree on the lower priced covers being junk.
There is a huge profit margin in covers that are priced $100-250.

I have been using the Budge Tyvek size K4 for my cars. I use them all the time and are kept outside in the hot Florida sun. Cost is $40-45 at WalMart. Mine usually last 3-4 years with constant use.

Interesting Goerge, I never knew they had that at Walmart. Tyvek is good stuff. I do know that the discount auto parts store stuff is not so good.

Go with a cotton cover if the car is going to be stored inside. They are softest on your paint and easy to use. Spend the money and buy exact fit from California car covers it will last for years and is far better than the dime store stuff that never fit right. I had tried all types in crappy New England climate before I had a garage so have a lot of experience all bad. The one size fits all types would blow off everyday outside even when tied down! I have a garage now but if you ever leave car outside and it is windy good by!
