I have a recently acquired Poston Aum.350 erintake. I've read here somewhere on this list that they tend to run strong if a 1' spacer is added between the carb and the intake. Anyone know of a manufacturer that sells these spacers?
    Thank,

Thanks Dave, there are a couple different kinds : a four hole spacer and one the is just one big hole. Obviously there are different ideas to have two different kinds , anyone, which is better?

Barry, I recall reading comments here a few months ago re: open vs 4-hole spacers. DON'T recall the reasoning though... but determined that I would try out an open 1" alum. spacer on my relatively stock 350. Haven't gotten around to buying one yet though.

I haven't done it to my Poston yet but I guess you can use the Mr. Gasket 4 hole spacer if you mill down the divider on the intake a 1/2" or so. Jegs part #720-3406

i use the Mr gasket 1" 4 hole spacer on my poston intake. You'll love it when its on. smooth idle, great take off. Excellent high rpm. Just watch your air cleaner. if you use a 3" tall air cleaner, it will crush when you close the hood.

Hey Jon, did you mill your divider down?

A 4 hole will increase low end torque while an open hole will increase high end HP.

Yes the Poston is milled down 3/4 inch, so do you reckon I should use an open or a 4 holer with it?
