500 CFM 4 bbl, electric choke. I just bought a phonelic spacer, mabe that will help. Gas lking fr my throttle shaft, it lks onto my intake and stains my freshly painted manifold. I took carb off and opened it, the driver side bowl (accelarator pump) was near bone dry, other side had gas.

Cold start and driving great. Once all heated up, stop for a half hour and you crank and crank,,,any thoughts? suggestions?

    perking, squirting and lk down?

Your spacer should help...lots of old cars have percolation from boil over due to modern gas...anything you can do to cool the carb a bit should help. Make sure to double check your float level too to make sure it isn't too high!
