I found a local place that will ceramic coat my 350 Hooker headers in black for $275. A lot cheaper than JetHot and likely good enough for me.

I would check out that titanium finish they have...

Thanks for posting this, I was not aware of this place. I just checked their address and I'm only 55 miles away from them. That means I could avoid the costly shipping charges associated with a set of long tube headers.

I dropped my headers off today. We will see how long it takes and how they look.

A buddy and I heated them up and knocked some dents out of the bottom with a long section of rebar before I took them in. Not perfect but not flat either.

I anxiously await this info to determine if I will try them this year as well. So what color/finish did you decide to use for your headers?

    Greg,
Are these the new headers? You should have contacted Holley and got a price adjustment, free set of header gaskets or both!
You have to be the squeaky wheel!:D

No, this is a set I have had for about 3 years. I got them a year before I was able to get started on the rebuild.
