Someone must have a spare, nice,14 X 6 rally wheel out there, Regal type, for my '70 Skylark? Santa didn't leave one for me so I figured I'd ask around? I have 2 '70 Skylark "BUICK" rear bumper emblems I could offer as trade, partial or full, for a shiny straight wheel. I even have a genuine Skylark/GS 14 X 6 rally wheel I bought in error from another board member I could throw in for the wheel I'm looking for. It doesn't have to be perfect, just nice and straight and shiny and reasonably priced. Happy New Year!
Gary, if you decide not to take Carl up on his offer let me know. I'll go out and take some pics of the 14X6's I have,as I'm not positive I have what you are looking for. I have two that are Chrome and two that require a trim ring. I'm willing to trade or sell one or more. I shipped some 15x7's a couple of months ago and they were almost $20 per wheel(shipping only) to texas.
Gary, I measured the backspacing on my 14x6 wheel and it is 4 1/2". I thought all 14x6 ralley wheels from 1971 - 87 were the same!
I thought so too. What I have and need is the type wheel on the left, I tried to highlight the differences. George Nenadovich, a fellow board member explained the differences to me. Hope this helps you and Rick. Thanks for your replies!
Ok I'll look tomorrow, The reason I'm unsure of what wheels I have is my Uncle (who owned the car before me) had several Buicks, Regals and the GS. He could have switched the wheels.
learn something new I love this board I never knew there was a difference in 14 inch wheels I will look at all of mine and if I have one that looks good I will be glad to give it to you as I never use 14 inch wheels and would love to help a member out as members here have helped me I will let you know tomarro
3 Ok I have 3 of them and I will take a good look at them and post a picture saturday they came off a 1970 GS car I had a while back so they should be correct for your car I have a set of the other type also very interesting anyway I will let you know more tomarro merry late christmas

If you want one of these I'll trade you for a bumper emblem if it's nicer than the one I have. If not make me and offer. It's cool with me either way. I'm glad to see that there are several options for you. One has a goodyear and the other has a Firestone (just to help you ID which is which in the pics)
