I am looking for information on the layouts or pictures of the actual retractable frame to do this modifiation. What I really want though is if somebody has a layout for a retractable hard top for a 1982 buick regal. please help me!!!!!
Saw a Monte Carlo SS in 1989 done as a convert. He used the A-Body frame, bows and drive parts (1972 Cutlass) to do the top. Had to pull the body and box the frame for strength. Took all the dimentions from the Cutlass. Cutting the top correctly is going to be tough. Measure the donor car carefully, don't just buy the parts. Jim
