  1. Any answer to my question: I do appreciate it
So my convertible top I have 12 volts coming from the wires on the inside but it’s giving me no power to open and close my top, tested my switch it’s good I bought a new Switch and it’s still doing the same thing. Any advise .

Check for ground. Check the motor at the motor.

  3. The main motors is good it’s getting voltage as well the ground is what I’m thinking ? So like if you connect everything and touch the ground I get no spark ⚡️

I don't think it would spark unless the up/down switch is held on when the wire is contacted. Bring 12volt source into the trunk and use test leads to activate the motor at the motor terminals. If the motor works then you'll need to trace wires back to front of car. There is a breaker for the top at the fuse block.
If you know the motor works and you know the switch works and you have 12volts all the back then it must be a grounding issue, I would think.
