    I like it. Doesn't look like the orig. shifter but given that he states/knows that it's one of 39 maybe it is legit (I thought one of 60 4-sp but maybe the 39 of those had A/C? ). Would need to see a Sloan Report.

    You have to take that up w/whoever ordered it orig:). I tried to special order a new GN w/o AC in '86, lol.

    Not sure about the GN,but my friends dad ordered and bought an 86 Monte SS non-AC. It’s still around.

    Dealer salesman said it couldn't be done but I was 19 & didn't know to push farther up the food chain &/or if SCO type orders was still a thing. MSRP w/zero options was a tad over $16k IIRC.
