the garage i get to work in has all snap on cordless tools, the tools are great, the batteries suck. the dewalt is ok, i have used the small makita and love it for small things that are stuck. it depends on what you need/use it for. i hate how much dewalt/snap on want for replacement batteries. You guys can laugh at me, but I've got a bunch of those skil 1/4 inch cordless wratchets they came out with a few years ago. They suck for anything real stuck or major work, but for working on my mowers or lawn equipment, I use them all the time. I've never had a problem, other than they don't work well when they're cold. Like I said, not for major work or for torquing down on something, but for quick bolt work I love 'em.
