Can anyone advise on what would be the correct carburetor for my original #s matching 68 Buick GS350-4 barrel automatic. Is there a specific series of #s I should be looking for. Quadrajet or not? Thanks!

The one that's on there when I bought the car is 7041544 MH with the #s 2080 stamped next to the #s. My mechanic thought it might not be the original or correct one. What does this one go too?

7041544 is from a 71 Buick 350 engine. It will work fine, but would not be "correct" numbers for the car if that matters.

I really appreciate all the information you provided. That particular carb on my car right now has some issues. I also have another carb with 7029244 KA #s on it and dont know what it goes to as well. What would a correct rebuilt carb for my car go for these days? Thanks again! George

Hey there. I make no money of this but here is my honest and experienced opinion:

    1. PM Carmantx (Mark), he car build you a nice carb.

    2. Look up Everyday Performance here in the vendors section. Ken rebuilds carbs and they work great. We went from 8 MPG to 14 MPG with a chevy truck using his rebuilt carb.

Make sure the carb gasket is correct for the 68 intake
