A buddy of mine has a 1971 GS455 Stage-1 with factory cruise control. However, most of the underhood parts are missing and he wants to restore the car to original specs. He would be interested in buying parts or entire setups and would prefer that it be as correct as possible. Thanks
I have an almost complete set-up coming. I bought it in error. Dash switch bezel, transducer, diaphram & bracket. Few more pieces. Was told the bracket for the diaphram might be from a '73 car. I can let you know exactly what's there once I see it. Will be looking only for what I paid + shipping. Send me a PM if interested.

Thanks Jim, those are the parts he needs. I think he already has both speedometer cables, the dash swith, button and wiring harness.
cruise parts I have the correct transducer, chain, ball stud, diafragm (its metal), and all brackets, hoses with yellow stripes...do not have the fiber optic light piece...I would like to trade for a conv top /cruise dash switch plate, or a cruise/defrost/conv top (up-down) switch plate---Please look at your factory assembly manual; many of the diafragms floating aroud on the market are later, big car rubber type, and not correct for skylark 70-72...I also have the cables, type BE for upper (cannot buy this from year one), correct harness, misc fasteners
WOW Marc, that cruise,rear def, power top switch would be a tough one to find! Would you sell your other parts outright? He already has the dash bezel, fiber optics, switch and harness he just needs the parts underhood. His car also has rear defrost but unfortunately it's not a drop top.
Does anyone have a pic of this fiber optic part? I think I have it. (no pics yet) Is it a little green square plastic lens that sits in a small rectangular dash panel? I have the cruise from 71 Skylark with a 350 2 bbl. Only underhood parts and possibly that fiber optic piece mentioned. Here's a pic: (everything shown is available, just ask)
