Has anyone tried out a full boogie Detroit speed & engineering suspension set for their car  $1600 for A-Arms and $2100 for the full kit inc. sway bar, shocks, springs- I would expect my car to handle like a slot car! I did the typical job- replaced everything that moved with Moog, 2" lower on the front springs, 1/1-2 on the back, bigger rims ( 17" ) and Nitto rubber with gas shocks all around, a 1/1-2" bar on the front and 1" in the rear with adjustable boxed 4 links with polygraphite bushings and a quick ratio box. I'm expecting quite a difference based on past experience but would that $2k REALLY make the diff.???:Do No: I'm into this about $800 and most of that I would still need to spend to get the suspension back to OE condition.:idea2:

Have not used their stuff myself. But the company was founded by a GM engineer. I know Mark Steilow uses there stuff on his 69 Camaro that won the Optima street car challange so it is proven there.

I didn't get their full kit
i got the complete rear setup and only got their splined 1.5 front sway bar..

for the rest of the front I used hotchkis front end kit, kony hp1000? shocks all around, spc 1inch drop springs all around, spc upper pro lights with lower tubular control arms and tall nascar style ball joints.

have yet to put them on though

ps this is definatly the best setup for a street/pro-touring style track setup

due to the rear arms and front/rear swaybar articulating and not making things bind in a corner

speed tech has the same features for their rear setup they just call it articulink rather then swivell link..

Only reason I didn't go with the dse spindle/arm package was because I didn't want a drop spindle cause I assumed it'll limit tire clearance for wide front tires...and spc arms are adjustable and if i ever decide to go coil over in the front all i have to do is buy the coil over pad for like 20 bucks and then coil overs :)...no $900 conversion package price..

    speed tech

l&h kustoms for stock height billet aluminum spindles w/ arms(stock or big brake options)...or speed tech 7/8 drop spindle w/ arms which has intergrated c5 brake hub for nice big brake/rotor options
