For us old guys who don't, and never will, understand this, I'm still a little curious. What exactly is a "Donkey Frog"?
That's hilarious! An incredible waste of paint, true, but I've seen more spent on worse. I too will never understand what that's all about. To each his own, I guess.
This one is a little off from the normal Donk. Donkey (my understanding) is big wheels and tall stance. This one is on the ground. Donkey Frog must be big wheels in green. Or, Donkey that blew too much green on a paint job.
I've often wondered how hard it would be to return a car like this to stock. If the engine is original, the bodywork is done right and the interior isn't too bizarre it would make a better starting point than a lot of barn finds. When this fad passes these might become a good source of projects. John
Hey, some of us young guys have no idea either. But looking at the hood it looks like a donkey getting ridden by a frog. I'd be embarrassed to be seen in that thing.
Wonder what happens when a frog rides a donkey :idea2: I know what happens when a donkey rides a dragon :Brow:
Its amazing how someone can put in so many man hours to make it look like that. im sure that paint job wasnt cheap either.ou:
