hi i have an 87 buick regal with a 3.8 L ( non turbo ) that i rebuilt. any way, i put headers on it and now i am looking to put dual exhaust on. at about the middle of the car there is a cross member that streches accross the car, it is bent up for the old exhaust on the passenger side, the trany rests/bolts to this and then it dosent have a bend for the driver side. i am looking for some advice on getting past that cross member, is there any thing i can do my self or should take it to a local muffler shop and have it custom bent. Thanks, Mark
If you're looking for something to buy and bolt in - try www.crossmembers.com - they specialize in 78-88 A and G bodies.
maybe you can run both pipes on one side.....if you cut up the other side you will have 2 add some welding ..2 keep it strong...and usualy they dont look good...o No:
