AFB Problems part 2 You can read my last post in the above thread to see why I have decided it's time to seek out another carb. Finding a rebuilt 4055S AFB has proven impossible, so I have decided to try either an Edelbrock or a Holley replacement carb. I think a 500cfm carb would be enough, but would like to know if a 600cfm would be too much for a stock 300 engine. I am also curious about how to hook up the throttle and transmission kickdown controls as the pictures of the Edelbrock look like some type of a kit or home fabbing may be required to make it work. Opinions on which way to go are greatly appreciated. Thanks
