Can anyone tell me where to find numbers on the block to see what it is? Once I find the numberes, is there a good site to look them up. Also is buick, olds and pontiac 350's the same. Thanks Shawn

Wow, Looks like some good information for me. Thank you very much... Looks like I will have to wait till I get the motor out of the car though so I can read the numbers. I was hoping to find out be4 I pulled it so I could start looking for parts.
With the exception of perhaps the distributor cap, all Buick, Pontiac and Oldsmobile 350 and 455 engines have no major interchangeable part numbers.
