  2. In and effort to reduce the spam on the site, several years ago I had went to a program where I manually approve each and every new registration. This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things.   3. The "Group Buy" for the 1967-68 Deluxe Steering wheel recasting is now officially "Open". Now is the time to start sending in the wheels. The latest date that the wheels must be received by Kochs is 31 March 2025 The cost for each wheel is $750. The only "up front cost" is your shipping the wheel. If you send in more than one wheel, each additional wheel will cost $700. Shipping and insurance to Kochs and return shipping will be extra. Factory A/C Install

    Regarding the A6 compressor seal issue, on the Auto AC forum, alot is mentioned about checking and/or replacing the main shaft bushings, esp the front, as any wobble in the shaft will cause the seal to leak.

    Hey, i got a shipping quote at the post office at $30, I cant ship this thing there and back for 60 bucks not knowing if this is good. If ups gives me a better price ill let you know.

    no problem. Unfortunately it just isn't cheap to ship from California to Texas. If it turns out to be more than youre willing to spend, make sure you still have it flushed and pressure tested locally. And the poa needs to be removed to flush it.

    So, I finally put my evaporator box together with all new parts. Looking forward to having a/c in this terrible Florida heat.
